Regarding the position
A Business Development Representative (BDR) is needed to join 360Learning's UK team. Creating possibilities from 360Learning's top priority, highest potential accounts will be your responsibility. As the account owner, you will be responsible for qualifying incoming leads in order to generate business possibilities for UK Account Executives. To engage prospects, you will use state-of-the-art sales development techniques and technologies.
Building a solid sales funnel will be greatly aided by this function. To be more precise, you will be responsible for your territory's inbound lead qualification and product pitching to potential customers.You will identify consumer trouble areas, comprehend their context, and determine how we might assist them during your talks. You will introduce the 360Learning value proposition and promote collaborative learning in the marketplace.
You will gain from comprehensive onboarding as well as ongoing learning and coaching opportunities as you develop, working closely with your coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales.
One month from now, you will
. Complete the onboarding process and start working as a BDR.
. Learn the qualification and pitching techniques.
. Create your initial opportunity for the AEs and begin qualifying leads.
In three months:
. you will ramp up and fully understand our tool stack.
. Serve as the Account Executives' partner.
. Get qualified for your initial SQL possibilities.
. Learn how to anticipate your performance and prioritize your pipeline of incoming leads.
. Take your qualifying process to the next level.
. Learn how to use our toolkit, which includes Gong, LinkedIn's Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft.
Six months from now, you will
. Become completely proficient in incoming techniques
. Reach and surpass monthly targets Leads Qualified for Sales
. By presenting new lead generation ideas to weekly meetings, you may collaborate with marketing to enhance lead quality.
. Best practices and research trends for generating interest and engagement
Within a year, you will:
. Share your expertise with the rest of the company and contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform.
. Take part in the new team members' onboarding procedure.
The Set of Skills
. At least a year of prior experience meeting goals as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS setting
. Prior experience generating inbound and/or outbound leads
. Experience with Gong, Salesloft, and Salesforce is preferred but not required.
. Excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking
. Skills in active listening, identifying client requirements, and flexibility in a fast-paced setting
. You speak English fluently (B2 or above).
